Quick Troubleshooting
Wi-Fi Connection Issues
Make sure Cheeko is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. 5GHz networks are not supported.
Battery & Charging
Cheeko takes about 30 minutes to fully charge via USB-C. Battery lasts ~4 hours of active use.
Audio Problems
Check volume settings and ensure the speaker grill is not blocked. Try restarting Cheeko.
